Manage and solve conflicts with clients. Meet time deadlines for accounts. Establish budgets with the client and company. Help clients save money.

  Degree in business or marketing is required.

• Dispatcher

  Job Description

  A dispatcher must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to coordinate, schedule and dispatch drivers and assign loads amongst drivers according to customer requirements. Must be able to keep track of the location of trucks and trailers at all times. Must be able to record fuel and mileage. Able to communicate with drivers to ensure smooth delivery of freight in a timely manner. Great customer service and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations of high
  way/local trucking.

  Prior experience will be considered an asset.

• Logistics Coordinator

  Job Description

  Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate transportation planning and scheduling. Track shipments from pick-up through delivery so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided regarding any shipment, update on transportation system. Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, pricing, and contractual obligations. Prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes. Active involvement with problem-solving of issues presented. Filing and administrative duties as required.

  1 year of prior experience required.

• Truck Driver

  Job Description

  1. Drives heavy vehicle with 53 feet semi-trailer combination
  2. Able to handle cargo, material and products
  3. Maintains radio or telephone contact with dispatch
  4. Follows instructions given by dispatch to new location
  5. Maintains truck logs according to province and federal regulations
  6. Keeps record of materials and products transported
  7. Keeps cargo secure for transport
  8. Keeps truck clean, inspects before and after trip and reports any problems of truck to All Routes maintenance
  9. Operates equipment on vehicle to load and unload
  10. Obtains customer signature at delivery with in/out times
  11. Assists in loading and unloading truck manually
  12. Courteous towards customers and other drivers on the road
